ed2go Featured Article: Technology Conversion Update
We'd like to remind you of the important changes occurring to our technology systems and the dates of our scheduled downtime. These changes will result in a more user friendly Online Instruction Center and give you additional reporting capabilities and resources at your Online Administration Center.
Stage I of this technology process--installing new servers and production software--was successfully completed the last week of November. Stage II will involve migrating student records and application updates that will include new partner administration login and new screens as well as updates to your Online Instruction Center course detail pages. To minimize the impact of service interruption to you and your students, this stage will be done December 28-29, traditionally the slowest period of the year.
As we progress through 2010, we will be working on more obvious design and functionality changes that further enhance your ed2go programs and their capabilities.
